Dear friends of Lebanon
Lebanon has been in a prolonged protracted crisis for years. Living standards are falling, and the middle class is disappearing. Lebanese are leaving the country in droves, and poverty has become endemic.
The mession of the ICC is to foster the friendship between Lebanon and Switzerland, but also to facilitate social and humanitarian projects in support of the suffering population in Lebanon. In other words, the aim is simply to develop the friendship and mutual understanding between Rotarians in Lebanon and Switzerland, and to facilitate project that help those in need.
